FBI's LEO system offers our
group many advantages: restricted to just vetted
military and law enforcement, a protected and secure Government
website that can support U//LES materials, a secure place to
talk and share information, and tech support 24/7. LEO has
been in operation since the 1990's and supports tens of
thousands of law enforcement groups, and hundreds of thousands
of federal, state, local, and military law enforcement
professionals.
All U.S. military law enforcement
is authorized to join FBI LEO and the NAVCOPS Special
Interest Group (SIG).
- Go to
http://www.leo.gov/ and
download the application, complete it, and fax it to the FBI.
This is FREE (there is no cost or fees to join LEO, or our
special interest group).
- The FBI LEO office will
process your application and contact you for first sign-in
- When you logon to LEO, click
the following link to be taken to our group:
https://leo.cjis.gov/leoContent/lesig/navcops/
- On our SIG page, click the
"Request Access to NAVCOPS" link and submit your
request.
- We will approve your request
and you'll receive an email in your secure LEO e-mail inbox.
Note there are other military law
enforcement groups on LEO, to include U.S. Navy Security Forces
(NSF), USMC, and NCIS (we have links to these SIGs in our
website).
